Card processing fees are charged by Stripe at its standard rates and go to Stripe, not to EruvSuite. Donors can choose to cover them.
Yes. Starter and Pro begin with a 7-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up, it is not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends to pay nothing. Your site, donations and email list all work during the trial.
Each charge adds 2.9% + 30¢ to cover card fees, so Starter is $26.03 a month, Pro is $51.75 a month and Lifetime is $1,029.30 once. You see the exact total before you pay.
Straight to your community. You connect your own Stripe account (or SOLA) in a few minutes; EruvSuite never holds your money. Stripe charges its standard card fees; donors can choose to cover them.
Yes. Every community gets a free address like yourcity.eruvsuite.com and can add its own domain from the dashboard. We handle the SSL certificate.
As many people as you like. Invite a treasurer, a designer and a fundraiser with different permissions, and keep the activity log for the board.
The Pro plan with no renewals and no support: pay once when you sign up (or later from your dashboard) and your community keeps every current and future feature for as long as EruvSuite exists. It is a direct purchase with no free trial, and support is not included.
Any time, from the billing page. Your data stays exportable as CSV, and your site keeps running to the end of the period you paid for.
