Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 12, 2026 · Last Updated: October 12, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EruvSuite, including our website, application at app.eruvsuite.com, and related products, features, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by EruvSuite (“EruvSuite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the Services, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a synagogue, eruv committee, nonprofit organization, business, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to both you and the entity, as applicable.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Description of the Services
EruvSuite provides software and related tools designed to help eruv committees, synagogues, and community organizations manage their operations and communicate with their communities.
Depending on the plan and features available, the Services may include:
- Public-facing websites and page-building tools.
- Eruv information, maps, and status updates.
- Community directories and contact information.
- Email subscriptions, newsletters, and status alerts.
- Donation collection and recurring contribution functionality.
- Supporter walls and donor acknowledgments.
- Administrative dashboards and organizational management tools.
- Integrations with payment processors, analytics platforms, communications tools, and other third-party services.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We will provide notice when required by applicable law or an applicable agreement.
EruvSuite is a software provider. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not operate or maintain physical eruv infrastructure, provide religious rulings, supervise local eruv inspections, or independently certify that an eruv is valid or operational.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete account and billing information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Maintain the security of your account and authorized users.
- Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
- Ensure that people using your organizational account have appropriate authorization.
- Keep your account and contact information reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
We may suspend or restrict access to an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
EruvSuite may offer several pricing options, including monthly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase.
Current plans include:
Starter — $25 per month
Provides access to the core features included in the Starter plan.
Pro — $50 per month
Provides access to the features included in the Pro plan, which may include additional functionality and enhanced support.
Lifetime — $1,000 one-time payment
Provides the rights and access expressly included in the lifetime offer at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms and any additional terms presented during checkout.
Starter and Pro begin with a 7-day free trial, as described at signup. Card processing fees are added to each charge, and the exact total is shown before you pay. The Lifetime plan has no free trial.
The features, limits, support commitments, and availability associated with each plan are determined by the applicable plan description presented at purchase.
Prices, taxes, available plans, and features may change. Any changes to recurring subscription pricing will be communicated as required by applicable law and will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted.
5. Billing, Automatic Renewal, and Payments
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the applicable price until canceled.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize EruvSuite and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and other amounts disclosed during checkout.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Payment processing
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout. Your payment may be subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy policy.
EruvSuite may receive information about transactions, payment status, billing history, and related details needed to administer your account. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers or card security codes on our own systems.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may notify you, request updated payment information, retry the payment, or restrict access to paid features until the outstanding amount is resolved, subject to applicable law and any applicable agreement.
Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable sales, use, value-added, or other taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with your purchase, except taxes imposed on EruvSuite's income.
Receipts
We or our payment processor may provide electronic receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a monthly subscription through the available account or billing controls or by contacting hello@eruvsuite.com.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically delete your account, organization information, uploaded content, transaction records, or other data associated with your use of the Services.
Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.
Lifetime purchases
A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. Refund eligibility, included functionality, and any limitations specific to the lifetime offer are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.
7. Lifetime Access
Where EruvSuite offers a lifetime purchase, “lifetime” means the period during which EruvSuite continues to make the applicable product or purchased service available, rather than a guarantee that the product will exist forever.
Unless expressly included in the lifetime offer, a lifetime purchase does not automatically include:
- Every future feature or product released by EruvSuite.
- Pro features, premium support, consulting, or custom development.
- Third-party services that require separate fees.
- Additional organizations, accounts, usage, storage, or capacity beyond the limits of the purchased offer.
We may update or improve the included functionality over time. We will not intentionally misrepresent the scope of lifetime access at the time of sale.
If EruvSuite permanently discontinues the applicable product, any rights or remedies will be determined by the terms of the purchase, applicable law, and any commitments expressly made in writing.
8. Donations and Fundraising
EruvSuite may provide tools that allow organizations to accept donations, manage recurring contributions, display supporter acknowledgments, and communicate with donors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, EruvSuite provides the software used to facilitate these activities. The organization using the Services is responsible for its fundraising activities, including:
- The accuracy of fundraising appeals and campaign information.
- The use and distribution of donated funds.
- Compliance with applicable charitable solicitation and fundraising laws.
- Determining whether donations are tax-deductible and providing appropriate receipts or acknowledgments.
- Establishing and communicating any donation refund policy.
- Obtaining necessary permissions to publish donor names, donation amounts, or supporter acknowledgments.
- Managing donor communications and honoring applicable opt-out requests.
EruvSuite does not guarantee that donations will be tax-deductible or that a particular organization qualifies as a charitable organization.
Payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, recurring donations, and transaction fees may be subject to Stripe's terms and the organization's agreement with its payment provider.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, EruvSuite does not take ownership of donations merely because its software facilitates a transaction.
9. Eruv Status, Maps, and Community Information
The Services may display eruv maps, boundaries, status alerts, inspection information, contact details, announcements, and other community information.
Such information may be provided by customers, local eruv committees, third-party sources, integrations, or other contributors. It may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or out of date.
EruvSuite does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time availability of eruv status information.
Users must consult the appropriate local eruv authority or designated contact for authoritative status information. Do not rely solely on a map, automated notification, website display, or other information supplied through the Services when determining whether an eruv is valid or operational.
EruvSuite does not provide halachic advice, religious rulings, or certification of an eruv.
Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their published boundaries, status messages, alerts, and contact information are appropriate and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
10. Organization Content and Responsibilities
You and your organization retain ownership of content you submit to the Services, subject to rights granted to us and any rights held by third parties.
“Content” includes text, images, maps, directories, announcements, contact details, donor acknowledgments, documents, logos, and other materials submitted, uploaded, or published through the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have the rights and permissions necessary to use it.
- Your content does not unlawfully infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- You have the necessary authority and legal basis to collect, upload, publish, and use personal information.
- Your content and activities comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- You will not knowingly publish misleading information about donations, organizational status, or eruv conditions.
You are responsible for reviewing the information published through your organization's pages and for correcting information that becomes inaccurate.
11. License to Operate the Services
To provide the Services, you grant EruvSuite a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise process your content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and support the Services.
This license also permits technical processing by our hosting providers and other service providers acting on our behalf.
The license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and comply with applicable obligations, including where content remains stored after an account is closed.
We will not acquire ownership of your content merely because you use the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.
12. Data Retention and Account Closure
Closing an account or canceling a subscription does not automatically delete information associated with that account.
EruvSuite retains account information, organization information, platform content, transaction records, and related information on an ongoing basis, including after a subscription ends, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement.
Retained information may be used for historical records, platform operations, billing, security, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal obligations.
You remain responsible for determining what information your organization submits to the platform and whether its continued retention is appropriate and lawful.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates privacy rights that may apply to personal information under applicable law. To submit a privacy request, contact hello@eruvsuite.com.
Our handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Commit fraud, misrepresent an organization, or deceive donors.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise the security of the Services.
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or infrastructure.
- Interfere with the availability, operation, or performance of the Services.
- Scrape, copy, or extract information in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Send unlawful spam or communications without required permissions.
- Publish content that is unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited by law.
- Use the Services to collect or disclose personal information without appropriate authority.
- Circumvent usage limits, security controls, subscription restrictions, or payment requirements.
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting functionality, suspending an account, or terminating access, subject to applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
EruvSuite and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including the software, platform design, branding, logos, documentation, and related intellectual property, excluding customer content and third-party materials.
Subject to these Terms and your applicable subscription or purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except where applicable law expressly permits or we provide written authorization.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of EruvSuite's intellectual property to you.
15. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and services, including payment processors, analytics platforms, advertising tools, maps, email systems, and communication services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. EruvSuite does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their independent handling of information.
Your use of third-party services may require separate accounts, agreements, permissions, or fees.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information.
You are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to individuals whose information your organization collects through the Services and for obtaining any consents or permissions required by law.
If these Terms and the Privacy Policy address different subjects, each applies to its respective subject matter. Where a conflict concerns personal information, the Privacy Policy applies to the extent required by law.
17. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable access to the Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
The Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, internet disruptions, third-party outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the Services. Where required by law or an applicable written agreement, we will provide appropriate notice or remedies.
You are responsible for maintaining any independent records that your organization needs for its own operations.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
ERUVSUITE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PERMITTED BY LAW.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY ORGANIZATION'S NEEDS.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR REAL-TIME STATUS OF ERUV MAPS, ALERTS, DONATION RECORDS PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES, OR OTHER CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED OR THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ERUVSUITE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERUVSUITE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO ERUVSUITE FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
If you have not paid EruvSuite during that period, the cap will be the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.
20. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EruvSuite and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your content or your organization's content.
- Your misuse of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
- Your infringement of another person's rights.
- Your collection, publication, or use of personal information without appropriate authority.
- Your organization's fundraising activities, donation representations, or failure to comply with applicable obligations.
This section does not require you to indemnify EruvSuite to the extent a claim results from conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to participate in the defense of a claim subject to indemnification, with counsel of our choosing at our own expense.
21. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel a subscription according to the applicable billing terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:
- You materially violate these Terms.
- Your use creates a security risk or legal exposure.
- Payments remain overdue after appropriate notice, where required.
- We are required to do so by law or a valid legal process.
- We discontinue the relevant Services.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a material violation before termination.
Termination does not automatically delete stored information. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You and EruvSuite consent to the jurisdiction of those courts to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in another forum when required by applicable law.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal obligations.
We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel any subscription as applicable.
24. General Provisions
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable plan or purchase terms, constitute the agreement between you and EruvSuite regarding the Services, subject to any separate written agreement.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent, except where assignment is permitted by law. EruvSuite may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
Force majeure. EruvSuite will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
No third-party beneficiaries. Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not create rights for third parties.
Electronic communications. You agree that notices and communications may be provided electronically where permitted by law.
